Possibly; many returning guests choose to stay in the same apartments. However we can never guarantee it.
We will place guests in the apartments (or bedrooms) best suited to their needs and requirements, depending on what is available at the time of booking.
Sometimes it may be neccessary to consider changing your arrival date to fit guests in specific rooms.
As apartments sleep 4 to 7 people, there may be an under-occupancy charge for those choosing to stay in an specific apartment without filling every bed.
If you request specific apartment(s) but are not filling all of the beds in those spaces, we reserve the right to add an under-occupancy charge.
This charge could be up to 100% of the tariff price depending on time of the year and this will be explained to you at the point of booking.
There will be no charge for unused bed spaces in apartments that we have allocated to you at our own discretion, rather than at your request.

Being an older building, all the bedrooms and apartment doors are locked and unlocked with a key, which will be given to you upon check-in. Key-cards are not used anywhere on site.
Doors lock and unlock from the outside using the the key and don’t lock automatically. They can also be locked/unlocked from the inside using a thumb turn lock.
Apartments have a main door for entry with one key, and then separate keys for separate rooms.
Apartments also have fire exit doors that open from the inside; they should remain locked and closed except in the case of exiting for a fire.
Smoking and vaping is not allowed anywhere onsite other than the two designated smoking areas.
Please do not smoke or vape inside or anywhere in the courtyard, except in the designated smoking areas.
