If you haven’t joined us for a weekend break before, expect a chilled evening on Friday ready to gear up for lots of activities and fun across Saturday and Sunday, before checking out Monday morning.

Nourishing food, a tranquil atmosphere, new friends and thrilling adventure activities are part and parcel of this break with accommodation, dining and more all included. What’s not to love?

Your schedule:

Friday, arrival and welcome

  • Arrive in the afternoon – bedrooms are available from 4pm
  • Enjoy your evening meal from 6pm
  • Welcome meeting and introductions at 7pm
  • From 7.30pm onwards we’ll enjoy some optional evening social activities, such as a quiz or games

Saturday and Sunday, two days of activities

  • Hot breakfast at 8.30am both mornings
  • Straight into your morning activity session – either canoeing or rafting on the lake, or abseiling and zipline at the climbing wall
  • Lunch at 1pm
  • Afternoon activity session from 2pm – either canoeing or rafting on the lake, or abseiling and zipline at the climbing wall
  • Dinner at 6pm each day
  • Evening entertainment from 7.30pm – Saturday will be a special bowling night of bowls, skittles and boccia. Then a games and bingo night on Sunday.

Monday, time to wave goodbye

  • Breakfast at 8.30am
  • Check-out of rooms by 10am

Activities on Saturday and Sunday are set as canoeing, rafting, abseiling and zipwire. In the rare event of very high winds, water sports will be cancelled for safety reasons and alternative activities will take place.

The per-person price for this break is £284 (instead of £315)

This price is all-inclusive of accommodation, all meals, activities and use of the facilities as outlined above.

Larger groups of 16 or more people wanting a more tailored schedule, or a full centre booking, will receive a personalised per-person quote to match your unique requirements.

Thanks to the diligent efforts of our fundraising team and the kind donations from our benefactors, we can provide guests in need of financial assistance with funding towards a stay at Calvert Exmoor. We aim to keep our prices as low as possible, with further funding available to support eligible individuals.

We can offer up to 30% off the total tariff cost depending on the application.
