Here’s how the weekend works:
Friday 29th August, arrival
- Arrive in the afternoon – bedrooms are available from 4pm
- Enjoy your evening meal from 6pm
- Bowling Night: An evening of accessible lawn bowls, skittles, and boccia – a perfect icebreaker to encourage interaction and friendly competition
Saturday, a day of activities
- Breakfast: A hearty start to fuel the day’s activities
- Morning Activities: Thrilling Abseil and Zip experience to challenge participants and promote trust and courage
- Lunch: Recharge with a satisfying meal before heading back to action
- Afternoon Activity: Exciting rafting adventure – teamwork at its finest as participants navigate and bond on the water
- Dinner: Relax and refuel after an adventurous day
- Evening entertainment: A fun-filled Disco to celebrate the day and enjoy great music, laughter, and dancing
Sunday
- Breakfast: Start the final day with a nutritious meal
- Team Challenge Event: Operation Calvert Exmoor…
- A dynamic and inclusive multi-activity session to wrap up the weekend, featuring:
- Archery
- Climbing
- Crate Stacking
- Orienteering
- Team-building games
- Lunch: Reflect and relax over lunch with your team memories
- Departure (2pm): Guests depart

The per-person price for this break between the advertised dates is £365
This price is all-inclusive of accommodation, all meals, activities as outlined above, and use of other centre facilities.

Funding Available
Thanks to the diligent efforts of our fundraising team and the kind donations from our benefactors, we can provide guests in need of financial assistance with funding towards a stay at Calvert Exmoor. We aim to keep our prices as low as possible, with further funding available to support eligible individuals.
We can offer up to 30% off the total tariff cost depending on the application.
