  • Full week break

25th April to 2nd May 2025

Experience 10 activity sessions plus a day to yourself to explore Devon

Dates: -

The longest break available at Calvert Exmoor. Full week breaks always start on a Friday and include 10 activity sessions across Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with a break on Monday.

With the Monday to yourself, you can do as you wish, but we recommend seeing the famous Devon sights; think ice-creams on the beach, seeing wild ponies on Exmoor National Park, visiting a zoo or family attraction. We’ll happily point you in the right direction of the best places for you and your group or family to visit. Or, if you prefer, relax at the centre with walks around the reservoir and quiet time in the Acland Room to play, watch TV or read a book.

Activities, accommodation, dining (including a packed lunch if you want it) and exciting experiences are all included as standard.

Your schedule:

Friday, arrival

  • Arrive in the afternoon – bedrooms are available from 4pm
  • Enjoy your evening meal from 6pm
  • Meet your Course Director and Reception team, who will be your points of contact throughout

Saturday and Sunday, two days of activities

Monday, a non-activity day to unwind

  • How you spend the day is entirely up to you, but we’ll provide:
  • Hot breakfast at 8.30am
  • Lunch in the centre at 1pm or a packed lunch per person to take away
  • Dinner at 6pm at the centre
  • (Sadly we can’t provide any transport to or from any location or attraction)

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, three days of activities

Friday, time to wave goodbye

  • Breakfast at 8.30am
  • Check-out of rooms by 10am

We’ll take your requests for which activities you would like (or wouldn’t like), as part of the booking process, but sadly can’t promise your request will be exactly matched. However, whatever activities you’re doing, you’ll have a fantastic time either way!

Prices:

The per-person price for this break between the advertised dates is £991.

This price is all inclusive of accommodation, all meals, activities and use of the facilities as outlined above.

Larger groups or schools of 16 or more people wanting a more tailored schedule, or a full centre booking, will receive a personalised per-person quote to match your unique requirements.

Next steps:

All bookings start with a friendly conversation with our compassionate and helpful Guest Services team. We understand everyone is unique; so we offer a personalised booking service.
